heyhey. okok
long time i nv blog lerz.
lets see.. erm.
yahh came back from japan-band exchange last wed.
yupp. IT WAS VERY FUN! hahaha.
the first day was like nothing lahh. cos we reached at night.
but we had to walk in to the hostel.
quite far lahh. with the luggage and all.
yupp. so put our stuff in the room and had dinner.
haha. i got like such a nice room.
complete with a TV, aircon and toilet.
the rest didn't have lahh.
cos i was staying with ms.low, ms.azilah and nadia.
haha. the rest had to use the common toilet to bathe.
hahaha. the first night got case of naked woman.
if i not wrong. haha. but there were a few cases of naked woman while we were there.
yupp. had dinner.
not really used to the food yet lahh. i mean the taste was slightly different and all but it was allright lahh.
not as bad as i imagined.
i was thinking they'd give us raw food or sth.
hahaha. yea. but they didn't luckily.
the funny thing was that we thought that the cupboard was like a place for 2 ppl to sleep in.
hahahaha. cos it was really strong lahh.
and it seemed like a double decker or sth.
hahaha. we were thinking of sleeping there already.
cos it was quite cosy. haha.
so we did some moving. moved the table to the side and all.
then miyano came. she's a jap woman who goes around with us. yupp.
really nice.
yea. but she always come in at the most unexpected time lahh pls.
so i was halfway eating choc when she come in
to teach us how to lay out the mattress.
hahaha. and we already did.
EXCEPT we thought the comforter was the mattress.
hahahahaha. so its like 4 comforters there laid out.
then i asked her if the cupboard was meant for sleeping.
then she laugh and was like nonono.
then we actually laid out the mattress in the cupboard.
hahaha. then she left.
before she left, she took a second glance at our room.
look at the comforters, then she laugh to herself saying 'so cute'.
haha. ..... but me and nadia lazy ermmz tired lahh tired.
hahaha. we didn't care cos the comforters made very nice mattress also.
only the teachers changed.
haha. then i slept between nadia and ms.low.
then i forgot about the alarm on my hp which was at 2.45 am.
then the next morning ms low was like whose hp ahh i switch off.
haha. woke her up lahh. she's like a totally light sleeper.
she could actually here the vibration of my hp and wake up.
where was my phone? it was on the table which was not say very near to her.
i mean at least i don't think its near enough to hear the vibration.
yea. so in the morning, woke up, took a shower.
went for breakfast.
then we went to world expo... yupp.
world expo was like a lot of pavillions.
from different countries.
we couldn't even get into the singapore one lahh.
and we were supposed to be their ambassadors.
they gave us a talk and everything.
but we can't even go inside.
actually we can, but obviously you have to go and queue up lahh.
and the queue is sooo loonggg lahh.
what for wanna wait so long for singapore pavillion, our own country anyway.
so decided to go somewhere else.
we went to the mitsubishi one.
about the moon or sth lahh. aiyahh i think its more geog stuff.
so then after that, we went for lunch.
i ate roti canai with gen.
hahaha. they gave us chopsticks! how to eat.
so we just use hand lahh. when some of the japs were trying to eat with chopsticks.
then there's this lady who approached gen while we were eating.
she was like oshi? (nice?)
then gen was quiet at first.
then she was like... oshi oshi.
haha. then i asked her what it meant she said nice?
then i was like ohhh.
haha. but the funny thing was that the woman went to her husband after asking.
then after that she was like giving that disgusted look.
i think she nv see roti canai b4.
hahahaha.
then its like at the queue of the roti canai we saw this group of ppl like standing there.
so we stood there.
then we realised, they weren't queueing up.
they were just looking at how they made roti canai.
they stood there for soo long... haha.
obviously me and gen like not amazed at the 'making of roti canai'.
haha. one piece cost 800 yen lahh but it was damn big.
but still that's damn ex lahh i think.
so then we walked around some more.
went on a ride wonder wheel.
actually i don't remember the order of the stuff we did.
hahaha. yupp.
anyway, there was this group of guys somewhere in front of us while queueing for the wonder wheel.
then there was this hottt guy.
hahaha. he looked mixed lahh.
don't really look jap.
yea... haha. so the long queue didn't seem like a looonnngg wait.
hahaha.
the ride was funny lahh.
cos me gen ivy nicole were chaotic. haha.
busy taking pics. and moving around when we were supposed to be sitting quietly.
so we got down then went to some shops.
then we went back to the meeting point.
me and gen went to toilet first then we saw the expo shop lahh.
wahh. its so unlucky to have missed that shop.
so then cos of toilet trip we were a few mins late.
but then there were others who were later.
yupp.
got back to the hostel.
so we had sectionals.
then i went to my section's room.
then we were practising and stuff.
when gen suddenly opened the door.
then this boy about our age i think.
at least he was about gen's height.
he pushed the door and went in.
then he started shouting sensei!
then he was pointing here and there shouting louder and louder.
then he was like gonna grab gen's clarinet.
the rest of us were like staring.
in shock.
then luckily he ran off.
then we were like gen shut the door!!!!
then whoever knock after that, me and ivy jump under the comforters and draw the curtains.
hahahaha.
then ms low knock the door we nv open. haha. and we're supposed to.
it was freaky lahh.
all of us were traumatised.
gen seemed like she was gonna cry or sth.
but she was ok after that.
but me and ivy were still in a state of shock.
we were told that actually a group of mentally unstable children are staying for the night.
after that, we couldn't do sectionals cos my teacher say its their bedtime or sth.
as in yahh its the time we cannot make noise already.
so then 2 of them sent me back to my room. if i not wrong.
cos i was scared to walk to my own room alone...
my room is like at the end of the hallway.
yahh. but we weren't really supposed to move around alone anyway.
yahh... so then after that, slept.
next morning went for breakfast.
after that, we went to the music museum.
we could play some of the instruments.
soo cool lahh.
the instruments were like soo nice.
and i learnt to BUZZ.
HAHAHAHAHA. wooo. can try to become a brass player.
haha. yea. then took pics and everything.
after that, we went to some ethnology place.
that one was okok lahh.
but the funny one was when we went to the dunno what area.
then after that you can put on the costumes and there were like wigs and stuff.
hahahaha. then there were like statues there. and if i not wrong,
one of the women, one side of her mountain sbd went to pull out.
hahahaha. disgusting.
haha. then we decided to watch video lahh.
its like we watched this video on stone-cooked kangaroo.
oh my goodness. so disgusting lahh pls.
we saw the intestines come out and stuff.
ewwww.
and we had lunch after that.
HOW WONDERFUL.
haha. but it was nice lahh lunch.
its like i ate rice. and some stuff.
then we made tako-pashi. is that how you spell it? haha.
yea. its nice. and its fun to make it on our own.
but mine was like so don't have shape.
only like 1 or 2 only got shape.
then the woman help me out.
hahaha. even she the pro one had quite a hard time trying to get it into shape.
cos it just wouldn't stick as a round tako-pashi.
haha. yea.
after that we went to the castle.
then go to the shrine.
didn't do much there.
then me gen ivy nicole went to shop at the castle area.
but i didn't buy much lahh.
i dunno where we went after that. i forgot.
if i not wrong, after that, we went back the hostel.
so then, we had combined practice.
yupp. then had dinner.
then went to sleep and stuff.
next morning, we all took the public transport.
i think we looked weird.
haha. imagine...
a whole group of students in uniform not even local lahh.
then go on mrt. then make so much noise when they all so quiet.
we look so striking lahh now come to think of it.
cos the students there their uniform like greyish then blue all those dark colours.
ours like YELLOW and BLUE.
then we reached there.
their school is sooo damn big can.
wahh.
walk in to the place already quite far.
hahaha. maybe not that far lahh but at least walking to our school band room doesn't take as long... yupp.
then its so paiseh can.
cos all of them were gathered there to welcome us.
then they gave us an applause as we walked in.
haha. GRAND ENTRANCE.
the first guy i noticed was the HOTT drummer. haha.
cos of his hair.
damn funky hair lahh. haha.
so then had sectionals and all. had lunch.
then after that we had rehearsal.
then some of them were like amazed at the prestige clarinets.
cos they have to buy their own instruments.
wahh lao. i mean that's like... wahh.
buy your own instrument.
imagine buying a tuba then you keep it at home.
its so ex lahh the instruments.
then there was this guy who has a black euphonium.
wahhh damn nice mann. and its damn shiny lahh.
yahh. so then rehearsal and all. then we went back to hostel.
actually we went to some place for dinner first.
then we could use the remaining time to shop but no time.
ms.azilah, nadia, jerina, jolene and me ate at this place.
they sell nasi goreng and stuff.
haha. then some of us bought qoo bottle from the vending machine.
talking about vending machines.
they actually have cigarettes vending machine.
cool mann. and after conversion, i think the cigarettes cheaper there lahh.
okok. anyways, after that went back to hostel and rest.
very tired lahh but stayed up for a while help out with the souvenir wrapping and stuff.
then peiting help me iron my uniform.
haha. which is a good thing.
yeah. after that, they asked me and nadia to go to sleep cos the concert was tmr.
so then next morning we went to their school.
goodness lahh. our uniform is so striking compared to them.
they were all wearing grey, white that kinda colour.
then we all. wahh. yellow, blue, golden buttons and all.
hahahaha.
then feel so odd. haha.
then some more the shoe gave me blisters lahh.
very pain can. and the plaster didn't work also.
obviously not lahh cos i paste it on my stockings.
hahahaha.
yahh.
then the concert just ended.
it was like soo fast lahh.
they played so well.
but i enjoyed playing with them...
although i think most of us felt inferior.
and not our whole band was there.
yupp. ohh yahh! did i mention i was sitting beside the hott drummer!
hahahaha. but then aiyahh. he belongs to zhiqi. HAHA.
he play damn loud can. some more i sit somewhere next to him lahh. wahh!
the baritone saxophone guy is like really really hot! WOOO.
he's botak but damn cute lahh. haha.
gen was saying or at least somebody said that he has a perfectly rounded head.
hahahaha. then a lot of gerls were taking pics with him even the high school jap girls.
i wanted to but then soo maluu... hahaha. yahh. so my senior secretly snapped a photo of him for me! HAHA. then they knew she was trying to take a picture of him lahh.
funny mann. so they thought it was her not ME.
hahahaha. so it was a sad goodbye.
got back to hostel.
did the packing of instruments and stuff.
then i bathe in the common bathroom.
then me and ivy scared sam in their room.
me and ivy stayed under her comforter.
then waited for her to come up to get her clothes or sth.
then wahh wait soo long lahh.
then they some more can watch fireworks.
like WOW! haha.
and ivy was like i wanna watch fireworks. then i also.
but we stayed under the comforter still. haha.
then sam went up finally. from the other bunk to see if anyone was on her bunk.
cos wenjun was like i think they're somewhere here.
then at first she was like. there's no one.
haha. then we surprised her but she realised by then cos she saw our hair! haha.
then we decided to trick wenjun.
so nicole hid in wenjun's cupboard.
then she never open her cupboard.
i was like gonna laugh or sth.
then after that, sam was like.
can you open your cupboard.
i think i left my toothbrush inside. HAHAHAHAHAHA.
cannot tahan mann.
i was like covering myself with my towel and laughing.
hahahaha. of all things, TOOTHBRUSH,
and that IN THE CUPBOARD.
so don't make sense lahh.
hahaha. anyway, she opened the cupboard. then nicole just surprised her.
that trick didn't really work but it was damn funny.
hahahaha. so then after that, at the toilet after bathing.
i tried to scare gen.
its like gen and ivy in the toilet bathing.
me and nicole waiting for them cos we were done already.
and so i hid in the cupboard at the toilet.
the cupboard was beside where gen's stuff were.
so then when nicole clears her throat i'm supposed to open the cupboard.
then when nicole cleared her throat, i open lahh. but it was ivy who got shocked.
cos as nicole cleared her throat gen walked away.
hahahaha. but then ivy got shocked.
and i was gonna laugh when i was in the cupboard.
cos as usual ivy was being funny.
she was singing dunno what song in high pitched voice if i not wrong.
and she was also standing like some model in front of the cupboard i was hiding in. haha. then oh yahh.
before bathing, they were like dunno doing what to my hair.
nicole was trying to tie my hair backwards.
then skali ms low came in! HAHAHAHA.
and she was talking for so long.
and my hair was liddat and my back was like facing her!
hahahaha. embarrassing mann.
so anyways, after bathing, i went back to the room. yupp.
then i think i went to sleep.
haha. can't really remember.
yea. so the next morning. its like we took the public transport also.
to USJ.
then walked around there.
bought a lot of stuff there lahh.
took the rides.
the rides were very fun i mean the ones we took lahh.
except for backdraft. i don't think it was that nice.
wasted our time waiting.
we didn't get to take all the rides lahh.
not enough time. yeaa.
we wait over 1 hour for the rides lahh.
maybe not all.
but jurassic park definitely.
more than an hour lahh.
but it was really nice but a very short ride.
then got the pics.
i look so freaked out.
hahahaha.
yupp.
then me and ivy were late lahh.
cos we were queueing up to pay our stuff.
hahahaha. and that lady was so demure.
she was like soo polite and that makes her work slower.
so me and ivy were like gonna faint there watching her fold slowly and scan in slowly.
i was so initiative.
i took out all my stuff from the basket for her.
i was even gonna fold my shirt or scan the stuff for her.
i mean we were late already and stuff.
haha.
so we were the latest ones to arrive.
scary lahh.
we were like running.
100 m race ahh.
so then after the briefing and stuff.
they gave us money to buy our dinner.
so we split.
i didn't eat.
actually i did lahh. i ate fries.
before that we went hard rock cafe.
got 2 shirts there.
one for myself.
yupp... then, they went to have dinner.
so we ate and all that. then we went to the meeting point.
then took the public transport back.
took a bath and everything.
then i went to eat some cup noodles.
with ivy and nicole was there too.
took for ms.azilah also.
ohh yahh.
before that, i was like online after packing most of my stuff.
cos i didn't wanna buy another phone card.
yupp.
then after going online all that, then i went back to my room.
then went to eat.
finished up the last cup noodle i have.
but i brought 2 only anyway.
then some ppl came to the canteen to eat also.
then we remembered the oranges we bought.
then ate oranges.
so full lahh.
then so tired already.
went to sleep.
next day.
shower, then pack everything in.
then went for breakfast.
then all the luggage and all put outside.
after final checking on number of luggages all that.
went off. haiz. then loaded everything.
then off we went to kansai airport.
sat behind. then the sec 4s behind.
pei, wanteng, zhiqi and yixin busy taking pictures. haha.
then we soon reached the airport.
asahina and the gerl and i think the teacher were there.
hahaha. obviously some people were so happy to see asahina if that is how you even spell his name.
hahaha. so then after checking in all that,
we were all taking pics all that.
i was gonna take the sec 4s picture with asahina the gerl and the teacher all of them.
then skali after they take picture,
mrs chua said to me... come nurul come... i know you want to take picture with him.
i was like HUH? noo. then she was like come lahh come lahh.
she should be saying that to emily or sth. haha. NOT ME. i want shuji! if that's how you spell his name. haha. the baritone saxophone guy.
then i just took picture with him. hahaha. then i called gen along wimme. then we called the gerl too.
so it wouldn't be so paiseh. HAHAHAHA. yeahh.
then after that, gen, me, ivy, nicole walked around.
dropped by macs.
went to some shop, then we took neoprints too. hahahaha.
walked around some more.
managed to get my mum the brooche.
so then after that, we met at the meeting point.
i went toilet all that.
they looked around some more... haha.
then we went aboard.
i checked in with gen.
we were hoping to get seats beside each other.
but at first we thought we didn't.
i got like 63H she got 63K or sth.
hahaha.
then she found her seat.
i was like searching and searching for my seat.
then she was like ehh later change seats lahh ok.
then search and search for my seat.
i was actually sitting beside gen.
hahahaha.
then we talked and talked.
i watched coach carter. so nice lahh that show.
its so touching also.
and gen watched hitch halfway and was too sleepy.
haha. then after i finished watching coach carter, gen was awake, i fell asleep.
hahaha. then in the end, i woke up too. then i played solitaire.
yupp. then in the end reached singapore. HOME SWEET HOME.
WAHH. I TOOK DUNNO HOW MANY HOURS WRITING THIS ENTRY.
okok. i'm tired. goodnight.
ermm. more like good morning. haha.
